How buying works
Questions from the counter.
Do you sell to individuals, or only to the trade?
We supply the trade — fabricators, glaziers, contractors and other hardware counters — and pricing is set for that. Walk-in buyers are welcome at both counters, but there is no consumer retail range or online ordering.
Do you have a price list on the website?
No. Prices, stock and lead times are confirmed on WhatsApp or at the counter against your specific requirement. Send the system name, a drawing or a photo of the part to +91 82476 41026.
Do you deliver outside Bengaluru?
Yes. Counter sales are in Bengaluru; for sites elsewhere in Karnataka we pack and dispatch by transport. Send the schedule and delivery address and we confirm freight and timing with the quote.
Which counter should I come to?
Stock is shared between the two branches — No.80, Kilari Road, Balepete (Chickpet) and No.85/3, Kumbargundi Road, New Kalasipalyam Extension. Come to whichever is closer; if one is short of an item we move it from the other.
Can you match a part I already have?
Usually. Send a photo on a plain background with a scale (a tape or a coin), the key dimension, and any brand text stamped on it. For a lock, the backset and case height; for a stay, the stamped length.
Do you invoice with GST?
Yes — bring your GSTIN the first time and we invoice you correctly, with quantity pricing for counters and contractors.
