What to send us on WhatsApp to get the right part first time

The photos and numbers that turn a two-day back-and-forth into one reply.

Most hardware queries can be answered in one message if it has the right information. Here is what to send for each kind of job.

Identifying an existing part to replace

  • A photo of the part on a clean background, next to a scale (a tape measure or a coin).
  • The key dimension: for a lock, the backset (edge to spindle) and case height; for a stay, the length stamped on it; for a roller, the wheel diameter and housing.
  • Any brand or model text stamped or moulded on it.
  • A photo showing how it mounts — the door edge, the track, the sash groove.

Choosing hardware for a new opening

  • The system / profile name (e.g. the aluminium series) if you know it.
  • The opening size — width × height of the leaf or sash.
  • The glass make-up — single, or double-glazed and total thickness; laminated or not.
  • Which way it opens and whether it is external, and the face it sits on (for weather exposure).
  • Quantity — one-off, or a run for a project.

For glass hardware

  • The door or panel schedule with sizes.
  • Glass thickness and whether there is fixed glass above and beside.
  • The floor build-up if a floor spring is involved.

For a project quote

Send the window / door schedule or the elevation drawing as a PDF or a clear photo. We can price the hardware against it and flag anything that needs a decision.

Send it to +91 80074 40007. If it needs a proper look, we will ask you to come to the counter with the part.
